Redding Dance Centre is under the direction of Deborah (Debi) Larsen.

RDC, originally Redding School of Dance, was established in the late 1950's and underwent a total reorganization including a name change in the 1970's. It moved to its current location in the fall of 1996 where it is still nurturing the love

of dance and educating local dancers.

Classes range from the recreational to the Professional, training students

from ages 4 thru Adult.

Debi possess a BFA in Ballet, along with

a MA in Creative Arts-Dance.

Her love of Dance has extended to the community for 50 years taking with her the vast experience and training from Alan Howard (Ballet Russe DeMonte Carlo), the Christensen Brothers (Ballet Caravan, SF Ballet, Ballet West), Danilova and Pereslavic.

She augmented her training with travels around the world pursuing her dance education with studies in the Ceccetti Method, Royal Academy of Dance, Vaganova and French Schools.

RDC is primarily a Ballet based studio with a strong student curriculum. We also provide an extensive program in Modern, Jazz and Tap.

All of these various genre enhance and support the next to build a well rounded dance education while creating an enjoyable experience

in the dance-art world.

RDC mounts a full story ballet along with a lively

jazz, tap, & modern review once a year for the

dancers and community to enjoy.
